Jess is driven by a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. She focuses on creating a safe, welcoming space for all clients and tailoring her practice to the client’s individual needs. Jess uses evidence-based practices from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Jess enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults. She has experience working with many presentations including, anxiety, depression and neurodiverse individuals. Jess also has a particular interest in trauma and supporting individuals who have been affected to achieve a higher level of well-being.
Jess is passionate about helping each one of her clients reach their goals.
