Tayla is a registered psychologist who values compassion, empathy, and understanding to create a safe space. Tayla has a passion for creating therapeutic relationships driven by non-judgemental curiosity and openness to collaboratively explore the lived experience of her clients by taking the time to truly understand their stories.

Tayla has experience working with adolescents and adults and has a special interest in working with a range of presentations, including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. She also has an interest in psychometric assessments and utilising these assessments to develop individually tailored supports to increase well-being and foster understanding for the client and those around them.

Tayla is committed to a client-centred, strengths-based approach utilising cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based practice, and motivational interviewing.
