We’re flexible and our wonderful Registered Australian Psychologists can provide evidence-based therapy over a phone or video call. We’ve helped clients from all over Australia reclaim their mental health!

You’ll need a Mental Health Care Treatment Plan from your GP if you’d like to claim your sessions under Medicare.
No referral is needed if you’d like to see your psychologist privately.
You’re eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have obtained a Mental Health Care Treatment Plan from your GP. This will entitle you to a rebate of $89.65 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
The psychologist will automatically process the rebate for you after each session.
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide bulk-billed sessions through Medicare. You are able to claim a medicare rebate off each session, totalling $89.65 for up to 10 sessions.
An intake form will be sent to your email address once you’ve booked your first appointment. This is a short form and shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to fill out.
There’s no right or wrong way to prepare for your first session. We’ll take things at whatever pace you’re most comfortable with.
If you’ve had any reports or assessments completed previously, do send them across, as they may be beneficial.
We understand that things come up and appointments sometimes need to be moved around.
We can help you move or cancel your appointment provided we have at least 24 hours’ notice. To make a change to your appointment, please call 1300 151 110.
For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, the full fee will apply.
