Jarrod’s strong interest in the science of the human mind, behaviour and cognition, paired with his desire to promote impactful changes in people’s lives led him to pursuing his career as a Registered Psychologist.

Jarrod is an early career Psychologist who has had significant clinical experience tailoring evidence based therapy, assessment and counselling to a variety of client presentations from all walks of life. Jarrod strives to offer his services to the highest professional standard to enable people to have autonomy and take control of their lives.

Jarrod works with both adults and children and has experience working with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges and presentations such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, phobia, substance abuse, anger difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and intellectual disability. Jarrod also provides skills training and presents tools for those struggling with decision making, problem solving, perfectionism, people pleasing, social skills, study skills and time management.

Jarrod’s primary goal is to help build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships to create the best possible environment to allow his clients to grow. In his sessions, clients will be provided with evidence based, client-orientated approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Strategies with patience respect and empathy at the forefront of his practice.
