We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone. Whether you’d like to share a compliment, raise a concern, or make a complaint, we welcome your feedback.

How You Can Provide Feedback

You can share your thoughts with us in the way that feels most comfortable:

  • Speak directly with your clinician or any team member

  • Complete the feedback forms we send after your 1st and 6th sessions

We take all feedback seriously and aim to respond in a timely, respectful, and confidential manner.

What Happens When You Make a Complaint
  • We’ll listen and make sure we understand your concern
  • We’ll respond promptly, typically within 3–5 business days
  • Your care and support won’t be affected in any way
  • You can remain anonymous if you prefer

Our goal is always to resolve issues in a way that supports you and strengthens our service.
