Hannah is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. She takes a compassionate approach to practicing psychology, using her knowledge and skills to inform individuals about their mental health difficulties and provide them with the right tools to take control of their life again.
She has spent most of her time in adult psychology, though also has experience supporting children and adolescents through a range of mental health difficulties. These include anxiety disorders, depression, stress, physical illness, chronic pain, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, and personality disorders.
Hannah takes a client-centred approach to her therapy sessions, working collaboratively with the individual and leaning on a range of therapeutic modalities to best support them including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
